It is better to come to them before your work is designed. This way you will be able to know the printers’ specifications and the kind of job that your budget can accommodate. It would be frustrating and expensive to get a finished full color printing job when your budget was only good for a two color print job. Getting quotes with time and expenses classified in them would save you the hassle of having the wrongly produced job.
