How long before my customers receive
their
orders?
Cheap Sales Mall processes and ships orders within 1 to 2 business days of
receipt. All orders are shipped via UPS (estimated time for delivery is 4-5 days), unless an alternate shipping method is specified. If an alternate method
is chosen, delivery time will depend upon the type of shipping service you've
specified and your location.
How do I know what the best
selling items are?
Most of them are marked hot! Or go to our Best Sellers Category seen on the page
here. This saves you a lot
of guess work as to what sells most.
How much will my shipping
costs be?
Shipping for our As Seen On TV items and all of
our other products seen on our site, drop-shipping is free of charge ( which
there are hundreds of them).
Can I track my orders?
We want to know exactly where your packages are as well? We email you a tracking
number for all orders. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. Once we
ship your order, you can track it quickly and easily, by going to UPS.com
(Remember, allow 2 days for us to ship your order before you try to track it.)
If I drop-ship an order to
my customer, what type of packing slip will my customer receive?
The packing slip on a drop-shipped order will show your name (or company name)
and address, the item numbers, and the quantities ordered.
No prices are shown, and Cheap Sales Mall’s name will NOT appear on the slip.
Will I receive a copy of the
drop-ship invoice?
The confirmation of your order by email from us itemizing you order will be your
invoice and it will have an invoice number to refer to it on it as well.
Will Cheap Sales Mall
drop-ship C.O.D. orders to my customers?
No. When an order is sent C.O.D., the actual shipper's name must appear on the
shipping documents. Since Cheap Sales Mall is the actual shipper, your customer
would know who your supplier is.
Can I use a Post Office Box
as my business address?
Yes, but a street address or a personal address is required for UPS Deliveries.
Also, a street address can offer a higher degree of credibility and create a
perception of stability. Use your home or apartment address if you can; use a
Post Office Box only in addition to a street address. All UPS shipments must
have a physical (street) address. (UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.) If
you're currently shipping to a P.O. Box, please contact Cheap Sales Mall right
away and change to a physical address.
Rush Delivery (UPS) will also not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
How can I have an order
rush-shipped?
Rates are higher for UPS Rush Service, USPS Post Office boxes, and all shipments
outside the continental U.S. Therefore, we encourage members to avoid using rush
service and have goods shipped to a physical address rather than a P.O. Box
whenever possible, to minimize freight costs.
I want to order more
catalogs and other supply items. How do I do this?
Refer to the Supply Catalog found in your Cheap Sales Mall membership kit for
the number of the item you wish to order. Then, check your confidential price
list under that number to find the cost.
What about taxes?
All tax questions should be referred to your State Tax Board, due to varying
laws state to state.
What about business
licenses?
Due to varying laws from state to state, all questions pertaining to business
licenses and permits should be referred to your local City Hall.
