If using the pay by phone, or over the WEB (internet e-checking) with my checking or savings information given on the invoice I hereby authorize www.cheapsalesconsulting.com to charge my bank account the amount of the invoice on the date of the invoice for items seen on the invoice. This payment is to remain in effect unless I notify www.cheapsalesconsulting.com of cancellation by sending written notice or other method preferred by www.cheapsalesconsulting.com  Clicking the Authorization button automatically is puts my signature on file.

How to Return a Purchase
1. Please use the original shipping box and package materials.

2. Retain your packing list and/or receipt and enclose it with the item you are returning. It was sent to you in a confirmation after making your purchase with Cheap Sales Mall. (No Receipt - No Credit)

3. Please make sure that the return address is the only address showing on your package.

4. For your protection, return the product via UPS prepaid, or U.S. Mail prepaid and with a return receipt. Retain the UPS tracking number or Post Office receipt until you receive a credit, or replacement. Do not return via C.O.D. our warehouse will not except them.

5. Please make sure you are sending your merchandise back to the right warehouse. We have three and 1 main headquarters. California, Michigan, Florida, and Headquarters in Florida. Returns for just credit need to be sent to our main office here.

20.5 % restocking fee is taken out of all returns. See below to see when shipping fees are deducted as well. Returns on eBooks are 50 % because we have no way of returning the product because those are software that is emailed to you and we have no way of proving that are you are not still using the merchandise (uninstalled or installed) our software.

E-book software has to be returned within 5 days from the initial purchase date, for this partial refund.

NO EXCEPTIONS

If it is clear to a webmaster/customer service representative that you are not trying to make an effort to resolve any problems with the software we will not give you a refund at all. (prior to the 5 day period). We use our own judgment when it comes to that. 

All decisions are final and not disputable.  Refunds are always a credit refund for future purchases with Cheap Sales Mall for EBooks. We do not but that credit back to your credit card or Pay-pal. We would create a coupon for you to use on another purchase.

7. Returns for our wholesales products have to be within 7 days of purchase date. Unless items are damaged ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL and cannot be exchanged. ( Items sold by the case or marked "wholesale only") 

Return Information
A credit will be issued only if you follow the easy steps listed below:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cheap Sales purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, just send it back to the return address on the original package within 30 days from the date of order (except for eBooks) for exchange or full credit to your account the price of the product only. Products offered with free shipping would also have the UPS shipping charge deducted from any refund. There is no need to call first, but please let us know why you are returning an item so we can speed your credit, or make an exchange, and serve you better in the future. Products, which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. (This only applies to retail sold merchandise)

Note: A. Under any circumstances Cheap Sales Mall will not pay for the shipment of any items that has to be returned for exchange or refund. Special handling mail cost (UPS, Fed-Ex..etc) use by you will not be refunded on a return for credit. We will however pay for shipping once the exchange has been returned by the buyer.

Note B. If you decide that you do not want any merchandise we do not refund cash after it is returned we only credit your account only for the cost you paid for the merchandise. (Shipping cost is not included) You can use that credit for a future purchase you make with us. The refunded line of credit is only extended to you for 90 days and after that time it will be no longer available to you.
